An amazing Post-Season, from right here in Northern Ohio! The Regional Summit was held in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 1st and 2nd. At this event, the best teams of the region come together to compete for the title of Midwest Regional Summit Champion. World Elite sent 4 teams to compete, Boss Babes, Diva Dolls, Glam Girls, and Fearless.
World Elite came home with two Regional Summit Champions; Diva Dolls, & Glam Girls. Glam Girls have 3 taken home the coveted crown in the last 3 years. A 2nd place finish for Boss Babes and a 3rd place finish for Fearless!
The Cheerleading Summit was held in Orlando, Florida April 28th - 30th. This competition is the Little League World Series of youth competitive cheerleading. Teams from across the country, including International teams convene in Disney World to vie for the podium at the most competitive competition of their season!
World Elite has attended this competition since its inaugural year in 2017. A team must first qualify during the regular season to be invited to attend. Every eligible team World Elite trains qualified to attend, an honor World Elite has now accomplished 3 seasons in a row. World Elite sent 5 teams to compete: Intensity, Authority, Legacy, Sovereignty, and Dynasty. This included 98 athletes, ages 8 to 18.
Once a team qualifies to attend, they then need to compete through preliminary rounds to qualify for the coveted FINALS. Once in the Finals, the top teams compete with hopes of making the Top 3 Podium! This season, World Elite had 4 of their 5 teams make it to the finals and had 2 teams finish in the Top 3! Through World Elite Cheer's first six seasons, they have been crowned a Summit Champion twice, have sent 14 teams to Finals, and have had 5 teams finish in the Top 3.
World Elite Cheer is a Full Year Cheer Competitive Program out of World Elite Kids. With teams ranging from age 3 through College, World Elite Cheer has a place for everyone. World Elite Kids is a Children’s Activity Center with locations in Brecksville and Tallmadge, Ohio. They have recreational and competitive programs designed to build confidence, character, connection, and skills.
