"Each new day is a new opportunity to improve yourself, take it and make the most of it". To make the most of this new day, World Elite Kids is rolling out a Fitness challenge in 2021 with the first step, officially starting on Monday, January 4th and ending March 2, 2021. Tracking your activity gives you a chance to WIN a FitBit Versa 2 watch.
World Elite Kids is a place that kids can connect with fitness and friends to help motivate them to commit to regular physical activity. "All of us need the connection with friends to get us to the next path in our journey and this is a way we can be there for each other while doing something positive for ourselves too", states Laura Dudley, World Elite Rec Program Director.
There are few things more important than good health,” says CEO Wanda Whipkey. “I encourage participants to begin walking, jogging, running, or biking. As we track the totals we can hold each other accountable. I’ll be logging my miles, and I hope to see my neighbors and friends doing the same thing.” Our hope is that parents and kids take the challenge together; making it a part of the family daily routine.
Participants will begin tracking miles on Monday, January 4th by walking, jogging, running or biking, toward meeting the Challenge goals. Participants who complete a minimum of 100 miles on foot, or 500 miles riding by the deadline, Monday, March 2, 2021 will be recognized by World Elite Kids and have a chance at winning a Fitbit Versa 2 watch. Winner will be drawn on Tuesday, March 3, 2021
Updates on the World Elite Kids Fitness Challenge will be placed on the World Elite Kids Facebook and Instagram! Let's encourage each other to get fit and STAY fit in 2021! Participants are encouraged to share adventures on their social media accounts by using the #WorldEliteKids #WEFitnessChallenge
