World Elite Kids Celebrates #GivingTuesday and Pledges to #KeepKidsWarm

World Elite Kids Brecksville & Tallmadge – This #GivingTuesday, World Elite Kids will celebrate giving by collecting warm articles of clothing and blankets for kids in need in the Akron/Cleveland area.

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, this year’s #GivingTuesday will take place on November 27th and will kick off the giving season by inspiring people to collaborate and give back in our community.

Founded in 2017 - World Elite Kids mission is to elevate kids and give them an edge in life by teaching CONFIDENCE, COMPASSION & GOOD CITIZENSHIP while leading a recreational program that is FUN, HIGH ENERGY, & HEALTHY. That is why we are so excited to introduce this initiative to our students, their families and our communities. This year we will be collecting warm clothing and blankets to make sure all of the children in the Akron/Cleveland area keep warm this winter.

This year’s goal is to collect enough items to support 300 kids. All items will be distributed to the Akron Snow Angels. World Elite kids will be accepting used and new donations now through November 27th in Brecksville and Tallmadge.

We know our families and community will embrace this movement and make it one to remember,” said Wanda Whipkey, co-founder of World Elite Kids. “As we prepare for November 27, we’re energized and encouraged to see all of the participation and support of this great cause."
