Ways To Reduce Stress In Young Teens

Spring break is finally here or just around the corner for most students! But after that passes, students are finding themselves finishing up the school year with tests, projects, finals which means anxiety levels will be sky rocketing. Studies have shown that anxiety in young teens are higher than ever.
It starts to make you wonder though, what is it that’s making this happen? Recent studies have shown the percentage of anxiety in young teens has risen 12% in the past five years.

But why? 

We are all under the assumption that technology is suppose to make things easier for us. Or is it technology that's stressing us out?
